DeClubes is a technological platform developed by Chironte that allows users to create, manage, and participate in groups, competitions, and activities related to sporting events.
DeClubes and Chironte do not organize, manage, collect, guarantee, sponsor, or deliver prizes, rewards, incentives, or benefits offered within the groups created by users. Any prize or benefit offered is the sole responsibility of the administrators and participants of each group.
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish, the activities they organize, and the interactions they maintain within the platform. DeClubes and Chironte assume no responsibility for agreements, transactions, disputes, breaches, or conflicts that may arise between users.
It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive activities, or those contrary to the applicable regulations in the corresponding jurisdiction. Likewise, any use intended to facilitate scams, illegal activities, money laundering, unauthorized gambling, or any other conduct that infringes third-party rights or legal provisions is prohibited.
DeClubes and Chironte reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts, groups, or content that violates these rules, as well as to collaborate with investigations and report to competent authorities any activity that may constitute a legal violation when necessary or required by law.
By using the platform, the user acknowledges and agrees that they do so at their own risk and that they have read and accepted the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
