2 Cold Scorpio Sentenced to Six Years in Prison with Potential for Probation
Former professional wrestler 2 Cold Scorpio, known for his time in WWE, WCW, and ECW, has been sentenced to six years in prison following his guilty plea in an assault case in Kansas City, Missouri.
The sentencing occurred on October 9, after Scorpio, whose real name is Charles Scaggs, pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree assault and armed criminal action related to a violent incident in June 2024.
The court has mandated that Scaggs complete a 120-day Shock Incarceration program, which could lead to probation if he meets the program's requirements. A report from the Missouri Department of Corrections will inform the court's decision on probation, but failure to complete the program or denial of probation could result in Scaggs serving the full six-year sentence. His legal issues escalated in September 2026 when he was taken into custody for violating bond conditions.
