2024 NFL Draft Re-Draft: Caleb Williams Remains Top Pick, Drake Maye Climbs to No. 2

The 2024 NFL Draft saw a historic selection of six quarterbacks in the top 12, with all first 14 picks being offensive players. Caleb Williams from USC was the anticipated No. 1 overall pick, followed closely by Jayden Daniels and Drake Maye from North Carolina.

In a recent re-draft, Williams remains the top choice, while Maye has moved up to No. 2 after leading the New England Patriots to a Super Bowl appearance. Daniels, who had a standout rookie season with the Washington Commanders, was selected by the Patriots at No. 3. Malik Nabers, a rookie wide receiver, also made a strong case for a top-five selection.

Williams achieved an 11-6 record with the Chicago Bears in 2025, throwing for nearly 4,000 yards. Maye had an impressive second season, completing 72% of his passes and finishing as an MVP runner-up. Meanwhile, Daniels has faced challenges with injuries but remains a dynamic player when healthy.
