
2026-27 College Football Playoff Schedule Released
The College Football Playoff for the 2026-27 season will feature a 12-team format and has had its full schedule released, including dates, times, and broadcast networks.
The opening round will take place on December 19 at the campuses of the higher seeded teams, with the first game broadcast on ABC and ESPN, while the other two games will be shown on TNT and truTV.
The quarterfinals will be held at four traditional bowl sites, starting with the Fiesta Bowl, followed by the Peach, Cotton, and Rose bowls. The specific matchups will be determined after the 12-team field is announced on December 6. Semifinal games will return to their rotating bowl sites, and all games on ESPN networks will be available for streaming on the ESPN app. Broadcast rights for the playoff are held exclusively by ESPN, ABC, TNT, and truTV.
