2026 INDYCAR Milwaukee Mile Doubleheader: Schedule and Coverage

The INDYCAR series is set to host its only doubleheader of 2026 at the Milwaukee Mile, with the Snap-on Makers and Fixers 250 kicking off the event on Saturday, August 29, at 2:30 p.m. ET, followed by the Snap-on Milwaukee Mile 250 on Sunday, August 30, at 1 p.m. ET.

Both races will cover 250 miles and take place on the historic 1.015-mile oval, known for its unique driving challenges. Kyle Kirkwood, fresh off a victory at the Freedom 250, and Alex Palou, who leads the championship standings, are among the key drivers to watch. Palou has a 91-point advantage over Kirkwood and has the opportunity to secure his fifth championship during this weekend's events.

The Milwaukee Mile, located in West Allis, Wisconsin, is the oldest continuously operating motor speedway in the world, having opened in 1903. The track's design requires drivers to navigate turns carefully, making it more akin to a road course than a typical oval.
