2026 INDYCAR Season Finale at Laguna Seca Scheduled for September 6

The 2026 INDYCAR season will conclude at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca with the Mission Foods Grand Prix of Monterey on Sunday, September 6. The race is set to begin at 2:30 p.m. ET, with the green flag expected around 3 p.m. ET, and will be broadcast on FOX and FOX One.

Alex Palou has already secured his fifth NTT INDYCAR SERIES championship, marking his fourth consecutive title, which he clinched at the Milwaukee Mile on August 30. The finale remains significant for other competitors, particularly Pato O'Ward, who is in contention for podium positions after winning both races at Milwaukee.

The race will cover 95 laps over approximately 213 miles on the 2.238-mile road course, known for its challenging 11 turns, including the iconic Corkscrew. This event marks the final race of the 2026 season.
