49ers to Face Falcons Without Key Players in Week 7

The San Francisco 49ers will be without several key players when they face the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.

Receiver Mike Evans, defensive lineman Nick Bosa, receiver Deebo Samuel, linebackers Garret Wallow and Luke Gifford, and safety Marques Sigle have all been ruled out due to various injuries. Evans, who has 420 receiving yards this season, is a notable absence for the team.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan indicated that Bosa may have been overly optimistic about his recovery timeline. With a bye week following this game, Bosa will have additional time to heal. Although receiver Christian Kirk is listed as questionable, the team plans to activate him for the game. Defensive back Upton Stout and safety Siran Neal are also questionable for the matchup.
