Aaron Donald has made a comeback to the Los Angeles Rams, ending his retirement after two and a half years. The announcement was made on Sunday, and Donald will join Myles Garrett on the team's defensive line.

The 35-year-old defensive tackle agreed to a one-year contract that includes incentives, with reports indicating he will earn at least $20 million. Donald previously spent ten seasons with the Rams, earning accolades such as three AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year awards and a Super Bowl title before retiring in March 2024.

After two years away from the game, Donald began considering a return this summer following the Rams' acquisition of Garrett. He underwent nearly two months of training to prepare for the upcoming season. The Rams, already favored to win another Super Bowl, have bolstered their defense with additional players, enhancing their chances for success this season.
