Adam Hose Extends Contract with Worcestershire Until 2029
Worcestershire batter Adam Hose has secured a new three-year contract, committing to the county until the conclusion of the 2029 season. The 34-year-old joined Worcestershire from Warwickshire prior to the 2023 season and has made significant contributions, including over 2,400 runs in 46 first-class matches.
During the 2026 season, Hose scored 638 runs, featuring one century and five half-centuries, despite recovering from a serious ankle injury sustained in August 2025. He was appointed captain of the T20 side midway through the season and previously signed a three-year deal in late 2024.
Head coach Alan Richardson praised Hose as a valuable member of the team, highlighting his resilience in overcoming injuries. Hose is the second player from Worcestershire to sign a new contract this month, following wicketkeeper-batter Gareth Roderick's extension until 2028.
