AEW Star Pac's Cause of Death Confirmed as Natural
The cause of death for AEW wrestler Pac, whose real name was Benjamin Satterley, has been officially determined. He was found unconscious in a vehicle the day after AEW All Out, and authorities have ruled his death as natural.
According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office, Satterley, 40, died from bronchial asthma. Witnesses discovered him slumped over in his car after he had stopped at a CAVA restaurant while en route to O'Hare Airport. Although his death did not appear suspicious, officials noted the presence of saliva on his shirt and undisclosed medication in the vehicle.
Pac had competed at AEW All Out the night before his death, facing Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship. Following his passing, AEW held a tribute show featuring matches with the Death Riders, including Jon Moxley and other wrestlers who honored their late friend. WWE stars who knew him as Neville also paid tribute through a video shared on YouTube.
