Al Nassr Prepares for Match Against Al Diriyah with Ronaldo's Return

Al Nassr is set to face Al Diriyah in the Saudi Pro League on Friday, marking the return of Cristiano Ronaldo to club action. The reigning champions will play at Al-Awwal Park for Matchday 8, with coach Ange Postecoglou still deciding on his lineup due to a defensive concern.

Medical staff are working to prepare French defender Mohamed Simakan for the match, with his availability to be confirmed during training on game day. Following the return of players from international duty, Al Nassr's training sessions are now fully staffed, allowing Postecoglou to finalize his strategy.

Ronaldo, who has been declared fit after a challenging week with the national team, aims to improve his scoring record. He has netted three goals this season, placing him tied for ninth in the league. Al Nassr, currently third in the standings with 16 points, seeks to bounce back after a recent 4-0 loss to Al Ain in the AFC Champions League.
