Al Nassr to Face Al Kholood Without Samu Costa Due to Suspension
Al Nassr will be without midfielder Samu Costa for their next Saudi Pro League match against Al Kholood due to a one-game suspension. Costa received his fourth yellow card during the recent 3-1 victory over Al Faisaly, where Cristiano Ronaldo scored the team's second goal, bringing his career total to 982.
The suspension follows Costa's bookings in previous matches against Al Ittihad, Al Khaleej, and Neom. He has been a key player for Al Nassr this season, featuring in nine league games, eight of which were starts, and scoring three goals.
Coach Ange Postecoglou will need to find a replacement for Costa in the midfield. Potential candidates include Angelo, who has played alongside Costa recently, or Sami Al-Najei and Hayder Abdulkareem, who were substitutes in the last match. Costa will be eligible to play in the upcoming AFC Champions League match against Al-Wasl on October 26.
