Alaric Jackson of Rams Faces Two-Game Suspension for Punching Bradley Chubb
Alaric Jackson, the left tackle for the Los Angeles Rams, is anticipated to receive a two-game suspension for punching Buffalo Bills linebacker Bradley Chubb after their game on Monday night, as reported by ESPN.
The incident occurred on the field at SoFi Stadium after the Bills secured a 37-34 overtime victory. Jackson was seen exchanging jerseys with Bills player Deone Walker when he approached Chubb and struck him in the face. Rams tight end Colby Parkinson intervened to separate the two players.
Chubb, who remained in uniform during the altercation, opted not to retaliate and commented on the emotional nature of the game. Jackson's suspension would mean he misses the upcoming home game against the Arizona Cardinals and another subsequent game unless he successfully appeals the decision. Jackson has been a starter for all five games this season, contributing to the Rams' offensive line.
