Alex Palou Expands Championship Lead After Markham Race

In the latest IndyCar race held on the streets of Markham, Alex Palou finished fourth, further solidifying his lead in the championship standings.

This performance allowed Palou to gain an additional 23 points, bringing his total advantage to 133 points over Kyle Kirkwood, who experienced a wreck during the race.

David Malukas is currently in third place, just four points behind Kirkwood, while Christian Lundgaard trails Malukas by two points. Notably, Felix Rosenqvist, the Indy 500 winner, dropped from sixth to eighth in the standings, and Romain Grosjean moved up three spots to 18th after finishing second in Markham.
