Allan McNish Reflects on Racing Journey and Lessons Learned

Allan McNish, the racing director for Audi's Formula 1 team, recently discussed his career and the lessons he has learned throughout his time in motorsport. His journey includes significant achievements such as winning the Le Mans 24 Hours three times and transitioning from a driver to a management role within Audi.

McNish began his career in the late 1980s, climbing the ranks in UK single-seater racing before testing for McLaren. Although he did not secure a Formula 1 seat initially, he found success in sportscar racing with Audi. After making his F1 debut with Toyota at age 32, he returned to Audi and continued to excel in various roles, including team principal in Formula E.
