Additionally, the Eagles traded star wide receiver A.J. Brown to the New England Patriots, leaving Hurts without a key target.
In contrast, the Cowboys are returning quarterback Dak Prescott and offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer for a second season, which could provide them with an advantage as the Eagles adapt to their new system.
