Andrade El Idolo Clarifies Views on WWE's Samoan Wrestlers
Andrade El Idolo recently clarified his stance on social media regarding Roman Reigns, The Usos, and their family, stating he holds no negative feelings towards them. This response came after a fan inquired about his move from AEW to WWE in 2024, questioning if the 'Samoan guys' were a hindrance to his career.
El Idolo mentioned that his decision to return to WWE was influenced by his wish to collaborate with Charlotte Flair. He acknowledged that Reigns and the Bloodline treated him well, although he did not name them directly. He also emphasized his positive feelings towards AEW, describing it as a company that respects various wrestling styles and offers opportunities to wrestlers globally.
After nearly three years away, El Idolo made his return to WWE at the 2024 Royal Rumble. However, he transitioned back to AEW shortly after, where he recently won the Casino Gauntlet match, securing a chance to compete for the AEW World Championship.
