Angela Stanford, captain of the US Solheim Cup team, stated that it is premature to consider any changes following the team's 15-13 defeat to Team Europe at the 2026 Solheim Cup.

The competition concluded with both teams tied at 8-8 after two days. However, Team Europe gained an early advantage in the singles matches on Sunday, winning seven out of twelve matches to claim the Cup. The US has not secured a victory on European soil since 2015.

Stanford addressed questions regarding her strategy, noting that she has not fully processed the events yet but does not typically harbor regrets. She highlighted the performance of her players, including Angel Yin, who struggled after a recent illness.
