Bowens emphasized the physical demands of professional wrestling, stating that it requires athletes to maintain intense cardiovascular fitness and coordination. He detailed his struggles, including multiple diagnosed concussions, bruised nerves in his lower back, and chronic neck pain, describing the aftermath of matches as feeling like an elderly person unable to get out of bed.
