He emphasized the need for quick decision-making and precision in Spanish football, stating that a poor touch or lapse in focus can be quickly punished.

Despite not yet scoring for Barcelona, Gordon has contributed three assists in his first three league matches, including a key assist in a recent 5-2 victory over Rayo Vallecano. He believes that some Premier League teams may struggle to consistently adapt to the tactical style prevalent in Spain.
