Anthony Richardson Reflects on Performance Against Patriots

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. is competing for the QB2 position during the preseason against sixth-round draft pick Riley Leonard. In a recent game against the New England Patriots, which ended in a 13-13 tie, Richardson assessed his performance candidly.

Richardson expressed dissatisfaction with his play, noting a fumble and an interception that contributed to his struggles. He completed 11 of 14 passes for 145 yards and rushed for 53 yards with one touchdown. Leonard, in comparison, completed 10 of 21 passes for 89 yards and one interception.

Colts head coach Shane Steichen acknowledged Richardson's efforts, highlighting the team's ability to move the ball despite the turnovers.
