Arman Tsarukyan, a leading contender in the UFC lightweight division, is preparing for his return to MMA at UFC 331, scheduled for September 19 in Los Angeles. This marks his first fight in nine months after a victory over Dan Hooker in Qatar.

In the interim, Tsarukyan has participated in 12 matches in submission grappling and wrestling, establishing himself as a prominent figure in Real American Freestyle. He has notable wins, including submissions against Muhammad Mokaev and Mehdi Baydulaev.

Following his fight against Mauricio Ruffy, Tsarukyan aims to enter Dana White's Zuffa Boxing, expressing a desire to enhance his boxing skills. He also mentioned a potential boxing match with Islam Makhachev, suggesting that their previous MMA rematch could take place in the boxing ring instead.
