Arrest Made in Saquon Barkley's Home Break-In Attempt
Authorities have arrested a 24-year-old man named Jabir Parker in connection with an attempted break-in at the Philadelphia-area home of Eagles running back Saquon Barkley, which occurred in July.
Parker faces charges related to two home invasions and the attempted break-in at Barkley's residence. In the earlier incidents, he allegedly stole nearly $800,000 worth of jewelry. His arrest was made possible through geo-fencing technology that tracked his phone to the crime scenes, along with a recording of his voice captured on a nanny cam.
Parker is currently facing multiple felony charges and has been held on a $1 million bail. He is set to appear in court on September 10.
