Arsenal Signs Ezri Konsa from Aston Villa

Arsenal has signed Ezri Konsa from Aston Villa, strengthening their defense on the day they commence their Premier League title defense.

The transfer, reported to cost £51 million with an additional £4 million in potential add-ons, sees Konsa join the Gunners on a four-year contract, with an option for a fifth. However, he will not participate in the opening match against Coventry due to fitness concerns surrounding teammate William Saliba.
