Aston Martin Lists $19.5 Million Hudson Valley Estate
Aston Martin has placed its inaugural single-family home on the market for $19.5 million. The Sylvan Rock estate, located in New York's Hudson Valley, spans 55 acres and is designed to reflect the company's automotive aesthetics.
The estate was initially proposed in 2020 for $7.7 million and has since undergone significant transformation, now fully furnished by the Aston Martin Design Group. Listing agent Jason Karadus noted that the current asking price represents the cost to replicate the estate today.
Designed by S3 Architecture with contributions from Aston Martin's design team, the main house features a striking blackened cedar exterior and large glass walls that integrate with the surrounding landscape. Inside, the 7,773 square feet of living space includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and various luxury amenities. A glass-walled garage is included to showcase a car collection, emphasizing the brand's automotive heritage. The estate also boasts a pool, wellness facilities, and multiple guest houses, making it a unique offering in the luxury real estate market.
