Atlanta Falcons Extend Bijan Robinson's Contract for Record Amount

The Atlanta Falcons have secured Bijan Robinson with a three-year contract extension valued at up to $75 million, ensuring his presence with the team until 2030. This decision follows Robinson's impressive 2025 season, where he achieved a record-breaking total of 2,298 scrimmage yards, marking the 12th-highest single-season total in NFL history.

The contract guarantees Robinson $51 million, setting a new NFL record for running backs, which includes $37 million at signing. The Falcons had previously exercised Robinson's fifth-year option in April, shortly after he set a personal best of 195 rushing yards in a game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Despite the Falcons finishing third in the NFC South and missing the playoffs, Robinson was named to the All-Pro first team. His versatility as both a runner and receiver is seen as vital to the team's offense, which also features players like Drake London and Kyle Pitts. Falcons general manager Ian Cunningham and head coach Kevin Stefanski have praised Robinson's contributions both on and off the field.
