Austin Creed and Kofi Celebrate AEW Debut and Championship Win
Austin Creed and Kofi, collectively referred to as The New Level, made their debut in All Elite Wrestling at the All In: London event, where they secured the AEW World Trios Championships. This victory occurred during the company's inaugural Trios Roulette Royal event held at Wembley Stadium.
Following their win, Kofi expressed the significance of the moment, highlighting the validation of their journey from WWE to AEW. He noted the prestige of competing against top teams on their first night. Swerve Strickland, who accompanied them, emphasized their status as history makers in the current wrestling era.
Prior to their debut, there was considerable speculation about Creed and Kofi's transition to AEW, especially after Strickland hinted at their arrival on social media. The duo left WWE earlier this year after contract negotiations fell through. Previously, they were part of the successful faction The New Day, which included Big E until his injury in 2022 led to changes in their team dynamics.
