Australia Returns to South Africa for Test Series After Eight Years

Australia is traveling to South Africa for a three-Test series, the first since 2018, which is highly anticipated following the controversial events of their last encounter.

The series will commence at Kingsmead in Durban from October 9 to 13, followed by matches at St George's Park in Gqeberha from October 18 to 22, and Newlands in Cape Town from October 27 to 31. The first Test will start at 6:30 PM AEDT, with live coverage available on Fox Sports and Kayo.

Australia's squad includes notable players such as Pat Cummins and Steven Smith, while South Africa will be led by Temba Bavuma. Historically, Australia has performed well against South Africa in Test matches, winning 54 out of 102 encounters. The last Test series between the two teams was marked by a ball-tampering scandal, but both teams are now focused on delivering high-quality cricket.
