Awesome Kong Open to Future Wrestling Return

Awesome Kong, whose real name is Kia Stevens, has not appeared in a wrestling ring since 2023, but she has not dismissed the possibility of a return. In a recent interview, she mentioned that she is evaluating her future professional options, which may include a comeback to wrestling.

Kong indicated that while she is not currently focused on wrestling, she would consider returning if she could get back in shape with the help of a trainer. She acknowledged that the desire to wrestle remains strong, although her body required time to recover. She last competed on September 21, 2023, in a 10-woman tag team match on TNA Impact, alongside notable wrestlers like Gail Kim and Mickie James.

As she approaches her 49th birthday, Kong remains enthusiastic about the possibility of training again, stating that she has the energy and motivation to pursue this path if the right opportunity arises.
