BBC Reveals Match of the Day Line-Up for 2026-27 Season

The BBC has announced its line-up for Match of the Day for the 2026-27 Premier League season, introducing notable changes to the roster.

This season, six regulars will not return, while four new pundits join the show. Hosts Kelly Cates, Mark Chapman, and Gabby Logan will continue, alongside returning pundits Alan Shearer, Wayne Rooney, Joe Hart, Micah Richards, Ellen White, Steph Houghton, Danny Murphy, and Ashley Williams.

New additions include Ashley Young, Robbie Keane, Toby Alderweireld, and Thomas Frank, who previously worked with the BBC during the World Cup. The BBC has refuted claims of a talent exodus linked to competing programs, emphasizing its commitment to the established line-up and new guest voices. The first episode of the season is set to air on Saturday.
