Bears Activate Linebacker Noah Sewell from PUP List

The Chicago Bears announced the activation of linebacker Noah Sewell from the reserve/PUP list on Saturday.

In addition to Sewell, the team elevated running back Zavier Scott from the practice squad ahead of their game against the Green Bay Packers. Defensive back Kyler Gordon and defensive lineman Shemar Turner have been ruled out due to injuries but are within their 21-day return-to-practice windows.

Noah Sewell, selected by the Bears in the fifth round of the 2023 draft, has played in 35 games with nine starts. He recorded a career-high 54 tackles in 2025 before suffering a torn Achilles injury. Zavier Scott joined the Bears' practice squad after training camp with the Vikings and has previous experience from the 2023 season, where he played in 16 games for Minnesota.
