Bears' D'Andre Swift Limited in Practice, Kyle Monangai Misses Again
Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift was limited in practice on Thursday after missing the previous day's session due to hip and knee injuries.
In contrast, fellow running back Kyle Monangai did not participate for the second day in a row because of thumb and toe injuries. The Bears, currently with a 3-1 record, are hoping to have both players available for their upcoming game against the Green Bay Packers, who have a 2-2 record.
Monangai had a strong performance last Sunday, recording 146 yards and two touchdowns against the New York Jets. He took on a larger role after Swift lost a fumble during the game. Currently, Monangai leads the team with 324 rushing yards and three touchdowns, while Swift has 311 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
Additionally, quarterback Caleb Williams and linebacker Keyshaun Elliott also missed practice on Thursday due to injuries.
