Watson completed 11 of 15 passes for 126 yards but also lost a fumble. KC Concepcion scored a touchdown for Cleveland with a 14-yard run. Shedeur Sanders, competing for the starting quarterback position, struggled with an interception in the fourth quarter, finishing with 79 yards on 6 of 11 passing.

Chicago's Tyson Bagent threw for 169 yards and a touchdown, while Case Keenum added two touchdown passes. The Bears rested many starters, including Caleb Williams, who had a standout previous season.
