Bears Release WR Scotty Miller

The Chicago Bears are parting ways with wide receiver Scotty Miller, as confirmed by his agent. This decision comes as Miller, 28, was a veteran free agent who previously played for the team.

Miller was originally drafted in the sixth round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2019 and completed a four-year rookie contract worth $2.6 million, which included $127,480 guaranteed. He later signed a one-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons in March 2023 and joined the Pittsburgh Steelers in May 2024, where he had a fluctuating presence on the roster.

During the 2025 season, Miller participated in 13 games for the Steelers, achieving nine receptions for a total of 62 yards.
