Bears Rule Out Four Players for Week 6 Matchup
The Chicago Bears have confirmed that four players will be unavailable for their Week 6 game against the Falcons. The players ruled out include linebackers T.J. Edwards and Keyshaun Elliott, running back Kyle Monangai, and defensive lineman Dayo Odeyingbo.
This decision marks the second consecutive game that Monangai will miss due to a turf toe injury, which has been described as a significant concern. He has been evaluated by a specialist and is currently considered week-to-week, without a possibility of being placed on injured reserve.
Monangai, a 24-year-old running back, was selected in the seventh round of the 2025 draft and is under contract with the Bears through the 2028 season. In the current season, he has played in four games, accumulating 324 rushing yards on 60 carries, along with three touchdowns.
