Ben Shelton Sets New Grand Slam Serve Record at US Open

Ben Shelton made headlines at the US Open by delivering a record-breaking serve of 158 mph (254 km/h) during his semifinal match against Frances Tiafoe. The American player secured his place in the final with a victory over Tiafoe, winning the match with scores of 4-6, 6-3, 6-3, 7-5.

Throughout the match, Shelton's powerful serve proved to be a crucial asset, especially after losing the first set. He finished with a total of 20 aces, consistently applying pressure on Tiafoe with his speed. Notably, during the second set, he delivered a 125 mph serve that visibly challenged Tiafoe.
