Benjamin Sesko Out Until January, Complicating Manchester United's Season
Manchester United's striker Benjamin Sesko will be sidelined until January due to a shin injury, presenting another challenge for manager Michael Carrick. This injury was reported by The Athletic and follows a difficult start to the season for the team.
Sesko last played on September 16 in a Carabao Cup match against Brighton. A week later, the club announced that he would undergo tests to determine his recovery plan. The injury reportedly began last season, and despite discomfort, he continued to play, which led to his absence during pre-season.
In his time at United, Sesko has missed more days due to injury than during his entire two-year tenure at RB Leipzig. He has scored 12 goals for the club and has made a notable start to the current season, netting twice in six appearances.
