Kosar's health issues escalated during a Browns game and later while traveling to Las Vegas for Super Bowl LVIII, leading to hospitalization. Diagnosed with Parkinson's in February 2024, he faced symptoms such as tremors and cognitive impairment. Despite these challenges, he believes he has made strides in improving his health.
