Bijan Robinson Signs Three-Year Extension with Falcons
Bijan Robinson has reached an agreement on a three-year contract extension with the Atlanta Falcons, concluding his hold-in situation. The deal, first reported by ESPN and NFL Network, has a base value of $66.75 million and could rise to $75 million with incentives.
The extension includes $51 million in guarantees, with $37 million guaranteed at signing. Robinson, who was eligible for an extension this offseason, had previously attended training camp without participating in team drills due to the lack of a deal.
At 24 years old, Robinson stands out in the running back market, which has seen limited movement in recent years. His average annual value of $22.25 million resets the market for running backs. Over his two seasons, he has accumulated 5,648 scrimmage yards and 34 touchdowns, earning Pro Bowl selections and All-Pro honors. With this extension, Robinson is set to be a key player in the Falcons' offense through 2030.
