Jackson is seeking nearly $300,000 in damages, asserting that unsafe conditions contributed to his injuries. In response, Belichick has filed a third-party complaint against Levesque Builders, arguing that they were responsible for overseeing the work and that any negligence lies with them or Jackson himself.

Belichick's complaint emphasizes that he did not manage or supervise Jackson's work, placing the onus on Levesque Builders for ensuring safety at the job site. The lawsuit has drawn attention as Belichick previously labeled Jackson's claims as frivolous and unsubstantiated.
