Bills Address Sight Line Concerns Following Stadium Opening

The Buffalo Bills held an unofficial opening of their new stadium on Saturday night, featuring a practice session for the team. This event led to the emergence of images showcasing seats with obstructed views.

On Monday, Bills chief operating officer Pete Guelli informed that the team has received feedback regarding sight-line issues from less than one percent of Personal Seat License account holders. The Bills plan to tackle these concerns on a case-by-case basis.

The team had promoted the Personal Seat Licenses using a Virtual Venue model, which aimed to provide customers with a realistic view from each seat. Despite this, some seats have raised concerns among account holders, prompting the team to investigate and resolve these issues as needed.
