Bills Sign Center Sincere Haynesworth, Waive Receiver Mac Dalena

The Buffalo Bills announced roster changes on Wednesday, signing center Sincere Haynesworth and waiving receiver Mac Dalena.

Sincere Haynesworth, 25, entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2024 and has previously been with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals, though he has yet to play in a regular-season game. He also played for the UFL’s St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026. His signing comes as the Bills face injuries at the center position, adding much-needed depth.

Mac Dalena joined the Bills in June and has also been associated with the Seahawks during his career.
