Blake Snell Returns to Dodgers' Rotation Against Royals

Blake Snell is making his comeback for the Los Angeles Dodgers after being out for three months due to loose bodies in his left elbow. He is scheduled to start against the Kansas City Royals on Tuesday night.

Manager Dave Roberts indicated that Snell is expected to throw around 75-80 pitches during the game. This season, Snell has only made one start, where he allowed four runs and six hits in three innings against Atlanta before being placed on the injured list.

Snell is among three Dodgers pitchers who have undergone surgery for loose bodies this season. The team is looking for him to regain his form quickly, especially after losing eight of their last ten games. In preparation for his return, Snell made three rehab starts, achieving a 3.09 ERA and striking out 19 batters.
