Blue Jays Make Roster Changes with Player Reinstatements

The Toronto Blue Jays have announced roster changes as they reinstate reliever Braydon Fisher and outfielder Jesus Sanchez. Fisher returns from the bereavement list, while Sanchez comes back from the injured list.

In conjunction with these reinstatements, the team has optioned reliever Adam Macko and outfielder Yohendrick Pinango to triple-A. Fisher's last game was on July 26 against the Boston Red Sox, where he pitched a third of an inning, allowing two runs. This season, he holds a 4.15 ERA across 50 appearances. Sanchez has been out since June 26 due to a right ankle sprain and has a batting average of .274 with seven home runs in 73 games.

Macko, who was recalled from triple-A on July 23, has a 4.91 ERA in 22 appearances this season. Pinango has also had a fluctuating season between triple-A and the majors, posting a .260 batting average with five home runs and 20 RBIs over 58 games.
