Bradley Chubb Fined for Taunting Incident with Alaric Jackson
Following Buffalo's Week 5 victory in Los Angeles, linebacker Bradley Chubb was fined by the NFL for his role in an altercation with Rams left tackle Alaric Jackson, who punched him during the incident.
The league announced that Chubb would pay $14,239 for taunting Jackson, which he admitted initiated the confrontation. Jackson originally faced a two-game suspension for his actions, but this was reduced to one game after he appealed the decision.
In addition to Chubb's fine, Bills running back James Cook was penalized $21,167 for illegal helmet use, while safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson received an $11,194 fine for unnecessary roughness. Rams defensive lineman Braden Fiske was also fined $11,941 for a facemask violation.
