Brayden Maynard Set to Return for Elimination Final
Brayden Maynard, a defender for Collingwood, has confirmed his participation in the upcoming elimination final next weekend, contingent on the team's progression.
Prior to Collingwood's Wildcard Round match against the Western Bulldogs, Maynard expressed optimism about returning to the lineup after a recent setback during training. He has been sidelined due to a knee injury, which followed a shoulder dislocation earlier in the season, and has played 17 games this year.
Collingwood will face either Adelaide or Geelong next week, depending on the outcome of Melbourne's match against Carlton. The team will also see the return of Isaac Quaynor and Patrick Lipinski for their crucial match on Friday, while former captain Scott Pendlebury is not expected to return until at least the semi-final weekend if the team advances.
