Brewers Address Timeless Ticket Issues Amid World Series
The Milwaukee Brewers have recognized that they fell short of the expectations set by their 2015 Timeless Ticket promotion, which allowed fans to attend any future game. With the team now in the World Series, fans are eager to utilize their tickets, but the Brewers are facing logistical difficulties.
Rick Schlesinger, the team's president of business operations, stated that while they managed to provide seats for all ticket holders, some expressed dissatisfaction with their assigned locations. The Timeless Ticket was marketed as offering the best available seats, and fans were also allowed to purchase additional tickets at full price. However, some holders reported receiving less desirable seating options for the World Series.
In response to the situation, Schlesinger announced that Timeless Ticket holders would retain their World Series tickets and keep their vouchers for future use. The Brewers are set to host the Tampa Bay Rays at American Family Field for the World Series starting Friday.
