Brewers Place Grant Anderson on 15-Day Injured List

This season, he has recorded a 3.36 ERA over 59 innings. His recent performance included a demanding outing against the Cincinnati Reds, where he threw a season-high 44 pitches.

In response to Anderson's injury, the Brewers have called up Brandon Sproat from Triple-A Nashville. Sproat, who has faced challenges in his rookie season, will now take on a relief role. The earliest Anderson can return is September 22, potentially allowing him to participate in the final games of the regular season and the postseason, depending on his recovery.
