Britt Baker to Make CMLL Debut Alongside Persephone Against Thunder Rosa and Tessa Blanchard

Britt Baker, a former AEW Women's World Champion, is scheduled to make her debut in CMLL this Friday, teaming with Persephone against Thunder Rosa and Tessa Blanchard at Arena Mexico.

This match marks a reunion for Baker and Blanchard, who previously faced off at the All In event in 2018. Blanchard's participation has raised eyebrows due to her controversial past, particularly an incident involving racial slurs directed at La Rosa Negra a decade ago. Despite this, CMLL continues to book Blanchard, who has been a rival to Persephone throughout 2026.

The event will feature an all-women's card, including talents from World Wonder Ring Stardom and will be headlined by Olympia, one half of the Mexican National Women's Tag Team Champions, facing Skadi for the CMLL Campeonato Universal de Amazonas.
