Brooklyn Bodega Opens in Downtown State College

Brooklyn Bodega has officially opened in downtown State College, following a summer of anticipation. The deli and grill provides a selection of breakfast foods, sandwiches, and milkshakes to the Penn State community.

Situated on College Ave., the establishment aims to cater to students, residents, and visitors with new dining options. Owner Hamzah Mozeb designed the space to be modern and inviting, reflecting the traditional New York bodega experience while also serving as a workspace for students and faculty.

The restaurant operates daily from 7 a.m. to 3 a.m., allowing customers to order at the counter or enjoy outdoor seating. Brooklyn Bodega emphasizes quality with hand-sliced meats and fresh cheeses on authentic New York bread, aiming to become a popular spot for hearty meals.
